2007 Honda CBR1000RR Repsol, will not start. i am a good vehicle mechanic, but i am fairly new to bikes :(?

i have a 2007 Honda CBR1000RR Repsol, just bought the bike from a friend, he had an accident with it. the bike its self is ok, but the headlight assembly is destroyed, and the harness that plugs into it is just hanging there. without it being able to

Of course the bike wont start, the ignition circuit has been 're/misaligned'.
Most of the problem is an anti-theft device.
Ask your Honda dealer for more info.
