electric baseboard heater vs oil filled radiator heater?

Hi. We have a small electric baseboard heater in the bed room but I heard that it is very expensive to use that for heating. We also have a portable DeLonghi oil filled radiator that will be enough to heat the bedroom. Which one is more cost efficient

I haven't compared them, but I had one electric baseboard heater last winter. I was worried how much higher my electric bill would be, so I used it sparingly. I kept the forced air furnace thermostat very low. I noticed after the 2nd month that using
